肥仔湯

20200306 dinner

其實我有撇油的,但d湯自己又浮出來,我就放棄了. XD

焗了一晚在真空煲內,蔬菜的甜味好像更濃郁,番茄味道更出來了,當然牛尾也更腍.

今晚還有蒸(某種)鱲魚和蒜蓉炒菜心.
