勝瓜蛤利湯


5/19/11 dinner
治療師說最近這種天氣很會讓人亂流汗(那是怎樣呢?),於是變得虛弱,所以要煮勝瓜蛤利湯來喝才不會虛!

今天魚檔阿姨大平賣,於是這一鍋湯鮮甜無比,蛤利的肉也很嫩,非常好吃.勝瓜又嫩又甜,加個洋蔥,潑點酒... 正呀!

今晚還有蝦醬通菜和昨晚另外盛起的海參燜雞.
