蟹肉扒勝瓜


10/7/10 dinner

媽媽得出的結論是要先把勝瓜炒香.然後才下蟹肉、醬油,也要灑點酒.差不多了才勾個芡,臨上碟之前放香菜兜一兜就好.

聽起來好簡單,但都是要經驗才知道甚麼叫剛剛好.不過最麻煩的還是要先把螃蟹煮好拆肉.

今晚還有海參燜豬手(這麼快豬手就出場了?!)跟唐生菜芋頭(?!)貢丸滾湯.還沒有吃之前正在想那塊鯪魚肉好紫色呀,是不是壞掉了?誰知道媽媽那麼有創意... ...
