說來這個是很正氣的湯,我要學學怎麼煲.涼瓜煮了這麼久已經不苦,而且令湯有點酸酸甜甜的,十分開胃.也算是頗清的,夏天喝了不覺得膩.那些黃豆經過這麼些時間居然都沒有全部爛掉,而且有點像烚的花生,爽爽地.蠻好吃的.
還有另外一個是看起來像是宮保蝦球但原來是不辣的筍角腰果蝦球,味道超好,只是蝦有點不新鮮.少有哦.
還有超鮮嫩的通菜!!!太好吃了.今晚是用蝦醬炒的.
