之前在生果檔(!)買了梅菜,因為代理檔主姐姐說這些梅菜是最後一次賣了,還有說這些是手工醃的,特別好味.所以平時不會吃梅菜的我們也買了一包.一般梅菜用來做扣肉呀,蒸菜心呀,蒸鯇魚呀... 都是我們家不會吃的菜式.後來想起家裡還有一包脢頭片,稍稍有點厚度,是頗適合用來蒸.於是就做了個新菜.家裡的盤子都不是很大,於是做了兩層梅菜和脢頭片(一整磚的百F豆腐鋪在底下)... 就感覺蒸的時候汁都會滿瀉... 幸好沒有.</div>

其實家裡是很少/很少用現成的醬料,除了XO醬那種自己無法"合成"的... 所以這種蒜蓉豆豉醬我是自己不會去買的(家裡有蒜蓉也有豆豉呀).但有次叫人買豆瓣醬(潮州那種),不知道怎麼買了一堆不相關的,這瓶就是其中一瓶啦.既然有,就拿來煮一下吧.</div>
