如果要買魚,可是經常光顧的魚檔只有很大的一條,家裏人又不多,那就只能買半條(被寵壞了要天天吃新鮮的魚).你會買上半條,還是下半條?
大概都會買下半條吧?肉比較滑,骨頭又較少.除非是愛吃頭腩.不過家裏有人連魚皮都不吃,那些部位應該只有我吃了.(媽媽是會吃,不過最好是不要啦.)
今天這個清蒸尾巴屬於一條尖嘴鱲,這麼大的一條,肉還是很滑.那個魚皮又厚又Q,好好吃呀!
另外還有很好吃的魚香茄子跟昨晚超清甜的湯.滿足!
