指的是火腩燒肉類的東西.可是今晚就有冬瓜燜燒肉,冬瓜把燒肉的鮮味都吸進去,是真的很好吃.可是很肥呢.
其他還有清蒸小黃花和雖然是很貴($26/斤)但怎麼說都比酒樓便宜的上湯豆苗.
啊,湯是這個...
塘萵滾大蜆(?).這種貝類的東西我也分不出哪一樣是哪一樣.反正就是又甜又清.因為很新鮮,所以不會霉霉的.

Ignorance and Gratitude
Only by writing down what I eat every day could I face my utter ignorance about the things I put into my mouth in order to feed myself. I know tonight I have a bowl of vegetables and rice. But what exactly are they? Those cute looking little mushrooms could well be one monstrous creation of some laborious mad scientists, only covered in an edible and delicious look. (OK, exaggeration here, but hey, you never know.)
But I don't mean to spread negativity here. I am only trying to say that we take our food and the person(s) who prepares our meals too much for granted. So, I thank you, Mum (she won't be reading this 'cos: 1) she doesn't get online and 2) she doesn't read English) for surprising us with wonderful meals every day with much creativity and skills, and whoever has created those mushrooms and brought them into the market (though not super delicious and they seem to have not come into existence (?) some ten years ago).

我覺得不好喝的日本酒
不過,話先說在前頭,我是不會喝酒的人,所以那種純粹以酒香作為賣點(而不是甚麼果香呀甚麼的)的酒,我都不會覺得好喝.香,可能我也會覺得香,可是一定不會覺得好喝囉.
今天跟媽媽去超市入貨,看到這瓶日本米酒包裝蠻好看,而且在減價(貪小便宜的惡果呀~~~),於是買了回家.但喝一口就發現: 我不懂得喝囉... ...
今晚晚餐有超棒的清蒸蘇眉(可是我還是不愛吃這種魚)、很鮮甜的蒜蓉菜心、顏色太黑的南瓜燜腩肉.最厲害的還是某人最愛的魚肚紅棗花旗蔘雞湯.
