指的是火腩燒肉類的東西.可是今晚就有冬瓜燜燒肉,冬瓜把燒肉的鮮味都吸進去,是真的很好吃.可是很肥呢.其他還有清蒸小黃花和雖然是很貴($26/斤)但怎麼說都比酒樓便宜的上湯豆苗.
啊,湯是這個...塘萵滾大蜆(?).這種貝類的東西我也分不出哪一樣是哪一樣.反正就是又甜又清.因為很新鮮,所以不會霉霉的.

Only by writing down what I eat every day could I face my utter ignorance about the things I put into my mouth in order to feed myself. I know tonight I have a bowl of vegetables and rice. But what exactly are they? Those cute looking little mushrooms could well be one monstrous creation of some laborious mad scientists, only covered in an edible and delicious look. (OK, exaggeration here, but hey, you never know.)
不過,話先說在前頭,我是不會喝酒的人,所以那種純粹以酒香作為賣點(而不是甚麼果香呀甚麼的)的酒,我都不會覺得好喝.香,可能我也會覺得香,可是一定不會覺得好喝囉.
