應該是第一次在家裏吃鰣魚.第一次是在陸鷺吃,好大的一條,還用了酒釀,好香的酒味.在家裏吃就簡單一點,魚當然也小許多.味道是不錯的,只是相對地好像魚身厚了,也好像比大魚肥了,感覺就有點不對了.
晚上因為要出去,所以把這個提前到午餐的時候吃了.除了魚,還有昨晚剩下的鮮腐竹跟新鮮的芥菜燜排骨.那個排骨肥瘦相間,又有肉味.唉,叫我怎麼能放得下呢?

兩個半字
1/26/10 dinner
今天的石蚌好大一條,賣魚姨姨告訴我媽說要蒸兩個半字.兩個半字,即12.5分鐘.嗯,大概就是多了那半分鐘,就是老了那麼一點點.
今晚還有蝦皮大芥菜跟羊肚(?)菌燜雞,還有昨晚的好棒的湯.

Yellow brightens up the day!
Yup, when the day is as gloomy as the dust in the vacuum cleaner. (ewww....)
And it's a much more enjoyable experience binging on the pork rather than the bitter gourd slices. Sigh, after all those disciplined days of keeping away from meat-lunging, I'm still a meat-eater deep down inside. Besides, tonight's yellow capsicums and the bitter gourds were not doing their jobs - they tasted funny, but I still took a healthy dose of each.
Tonight's soup was a very clear and sweet and healthy carrot + sweet corn soup. Sweet corns are in the season and they are the most delicious thing right now!

原來好吃,除了...

那個豆卜銀魚乾肉碎看吃來不好吃,但原來是很好惹味的!!!(而且是媽媽新學的菜式喎.)只是除了那個豆卜有點怪味道,否則就完美了.所以最後一大半其實是被我吃掉的.
還有蒜蓉炒菜心、昨晚的薄餅跟超棒的淮山牛鰍魚湯.

鮮腐皮

這是第一次在家裏吃到鮮腐皮吧.I just love it!
因為是齋期,所以媽媽就到菜市場的雜貨+豆腐店買鮮腐皮來煮齋.老闆娘說可以跟番茄黑木耳一起煮.很清甜,很輕,還有豆的鮮甜.為甚麼以前我們都沒有吃過呢?
番茄刀豆(?)當然也很好吃.忘了那個是甚麼湯了.... :P

要放糖!

今晚的泡菜豆腐腩肉片味道剛剛好,不會太酸,接近第一次媽媽煮的神來之「味」.(第一次煮反而是最好吃的,之後又幾次不是太鹹就是太酸.)巧妙在於炒肉的時候要放糖!(其實平時做紅燒肉的時候也有,但不是為了味道... )
應該之後不會失手了吧?
除了肉,還有清炒豆苗跟昨晚的湯.

今天是個寒冷版的春日

(因為想不到要起甚麼題,所以又說天氣如何了.)
今晚有蒜蓉炒菜心、翠玉瓜炒昨晚剩下的白花魚,還有雪耳合掌瓜排骨湯.
翠玉瓜好鮮甜,而且吸了魚汁,竟是出奇地相配.(只是我怎麼吃到了蝦的味道?嗯...)

濃湯 = 肥湯

我媽說我瘦了.
當然囉,只吃白飯一大碗加好多的「清」菜,偶爾只有一片瘦肉,根本就沒有機會攝取過多的營養(其實應該說是脂肪吧),不瘦就有病了!
所以我覺得應該我很快又回到之前的肥胖狀態了,因為今晚我媽已經不停地說你都已經好啦(應該還沒有吧?),可以吃魚,跟吃多點肉啦!
不過自己也不爭氣,於是大塊大塊的魚肉往嘴裏塞.(好啦,其實也沒有很多.)
今晚有:之前的竹絲雞+雞腳湯(實在太濃了,濃得覺得我在喝很多脂肪下肚呀!)、青椒黑木耳伴煎排骨、昨天飲茶很晚才來的生煎包,還有新鮮的西芹炒白花(魚塊)和番茄四季豆.
好肥呀!

新年快樂!
今年我們一家過了一個很自閉的holiday season - 聖誕跑去山區,新年就三個人在家吃了.
今晚有蒜蓉蒸半邊蝦(不停地被遊說吃,最後只好也吃一隻.好鮮甜爽脆,不愧是活蝦)、青椒黑木耳伴炸糖醋排骨跟蒜蓉炒菜心.還有一個很棒的竹絲雞湯.主食並非天天吃的白飯,而是炒米粉哦.
而對「吃米粉要配酒」這個規條很執著的老爸,當然在這麼高興(?)的一天也要喝點酒囉.可是呢,這個買了很久的chu-hi超難喝的,實在很掃興!下次還是要買回Takara的出品.不過可能是後者加了好多糖,所以覺得好喝?
